Look for work that repeats, has a clear input, and produces something a person can review. Separate the useful jobs from the impressive-looking demos.
Write instructions your team can reuse.
Explain the job, provide the right context, show what a useful result looks like, and tell AI what to do when information is missing.
Review output before it reaches a customer.
Check facts, calculations, tone, and promises. Learn to spot generic copy and confident answers that are not supported by the source.
Manage agents and handoffs.
Define what an agent can do, where it needs approval, who owns the workflow, and what happens when it gets stuck.

No. The workshop is for businesses across industries. Brian is based in Illinois and works with Midwest owners and teams.

Does the workshop include a finished AI system?
The workshop focuses on education and practice. Larger implementations are separately scoped and quoted.
